DOES THE WATER PARK PROVIDE TOWELS?

No. Our Water Park does not provide Towels to our patrons and suggest you bring your own towels to the park. You can also buy Towels at the Water Park.

WHO IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE PASS AT THE WATER PARK?

Everyone above the age of 2 Years is required to purchase Pass to enter the Splash Cincinnati Water Park. There are no exceptions allowed. Parents/Guests attending Birthday Party are also required to have a Pass.

SAFETY REQUIREMENT

Splash Cincinnati employs certified lifeguards and public safety personnel throughout the park. First Aid is staffed by trained aquatic professionals. It is recommended that you drink plenty of fluids during your stay. Some rides are not recommended for those with heart conditions or back problems, or women who are pregnant. Failure to follow all rules and regulations can cause serious injury to you and others. State of Ohio Rider Responsibility Laws apply. Children 14 and under must be supervised at all times by a person 18 or older.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE WATER PARK

Unless your pet is a licensed aid, they will not be permitted inside of the facility. If you do have a pet who is licensed to stay with you at all times, they will be permitted into the facility, but not the swimming pools.

BAG CHECKS

For the safety of all our guests All Bags will be checked before entering the park. Splash Cincy reserves the right to check any bags that are brought inside the facility. As a company, we do not allow any weapons, drugs, glass, outside food & beverage or smoking inside of the facility.

ARE ALL THE SLIDES GUARANTEED TO BE OPEN?

Management does not guarantee that all the slides will be operating during the Water Resort public hours. Please check our website before your trip to verify which rides are not open.

ARE SWIMSUITS MANDATORY IN THE WATER PARK?

Traditional swimwear is required at the Splash Cincinnati. Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear approved swim pants in the water. No provocative or thong swimsuits, clothing with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments. No long pants or cut-off shorts. No over-sized or baggy clothing that cannot remain at or above the waistline without support. Failure to comply with any part of the dress code may result in ejection from the park without refund. Splash Cincy has a few high-impact rides. We are not responsible for damaged or torn swimsuits.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE PARK?

Food, beverages and coolers may not be brought inside the park. Water in clear, plastic bottles is allowed.

WHAT CAN WE WEAR ON THE WATER SLIDES?

Appropriate swimwear is required, and subject to park approval. No bikini thongs, jeans, pants with rivets, belts, buckles or chains. Shoes and sunglasses are also not allowed on the rides. Swimsuits with built-in floatation devices are not U.S Coast Guard approved and are not allowed on some attractions. Swim diapers are required for children who aren’t potty trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the gift shop.

DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY IF I DON’T GET IN THE WATER?

Yes. All patrons must pay full admission to enter the water resort.

CAN I LEAVE THE PARK AND GET BACK IN?

All guests that leave the park and plan on returning later that day, are required to wear a purchased wristband. Replacement wristbands will be provided only if the customer has a receipt of purchase for the day. There will be a replacement fee of $5.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Splash Cincy accepts cash, and all major credit cards. Company checks are only accepted for reserved groups. No personal checks will be accepted. For online purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
